Epson has just announced the release of their new wireless projector, the EMP-1825. This projector features 3500 ANSI lumens, XGA resolution, and a 500:1 contrast ratio. The EMP-1825 networks with nearby laptops and PCs that are equipped with Microsoft’s newest operating systems and can be controlled and monitored with out the need for wires. The much talked about R2-D2 DVD Projector is now pre-ordering and you will need €2,799 ($4,114) to buy one, they are limited to just 4000 pieces for Europe…after that the gadget will not be available anymore other than eBay. I am sure Star Wars fans will dig deep to buy one of these, while the price is most definitely more than many would want to pay it is a direct result of the limited amount of R2-D2 DVD Projectors.
